Refund policy

30 days. If it isn't right, send it back.

Unworn and in its original box, and we'll refund you in full once it arrives. Return shipping is on us if something's wrong with the piece: damaged, faulty, or our mistake. If you've simply changed your mind, return postage is yours.

Engraved pieces are made specifically for you, so we can't resell them. Those are only returnable if there's a fault or we got the engraving wrong. If we got it wrong, we'll remake it. Just send a photo.
